All soap is not created equal! If your bar has the ingredients tallow or tallowette in the list of ingredients it contains fat that mainly comes from recycled sources such as rendering plants. This material will actually dry out your skin and in any case who wants to wash with what started out as dead animals or grease from a grill?  It requires a fat and an acid to make soap. We use high quality vegetable based ingredients and fresh goats milk in all of our bars. Our soap works great in all water types and provides loads of luxurious fragrant lather.
